CROCK-POT APPLE PIE FOR BREAKFAST


Ingredients:

3 Gala Apples, Diced
3 Cups Water
1 Cup Apple Juice
1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Honey (more if you really want this to be sweet)
Sprinkle of Nutmeg


Instructions:

Add all ingredients to the crock and stir.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours stirring about every hour. (Or cook on High for 2-4 hours making sure to stir every hour.)
Serve with a little brown sugar, honey, maple syrup or whatever you would like!!
