1lb turkey kielbasa
1/2 cup onion
28 can diced tomatoes
20oz tortellini
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 cups jack and cheddar cheeses
1 cup chicken broth
In large pot, cook onion in a little bit of oil until soft.
Add slides turkey kielbasa and cook til browned.
Add chicken broth, tortellini, tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Turn heat down to low, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked al dente.
Remove from heat, add cheeses. Cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with green onions if desired.
