½ cup softened butter
1 ½ cups icing sugar
1 cup medium shredded coconut
Maraschino cherries dried with a paper towel
½ cup graham wafer crumbs
Mix butter, icing sugar, and coconut. Form into a tube rolled in wax paper and refrigerate for ½ hour. Cut the tube mixture into pieces, and wrap each piece around a cherry. Shape into a ball, and roll in graham crumbs.
