Taco Mac and Cheese


1lb shell pasta 
1lb ground beef 
2cloves minced garlic 
1pkg taco seasoning 
1 cup salsa 
8oz cream cheese 
2cups milk 
1/2cup sour cream 
2cups shredded Mexican blend cheese 


Cook pasta
Brown hamburger, drain excess grease. Return pan to stove and add garlic, taco seasoning and salsa, stir, reduce heat to low. 
In a medium sauce pan over medium high heat add milk, cream cheese and sour cream, stir frequently and cook until thick. Add shredded cheese, cook until melted. 
Add cheese sauce and meat mixture to noodles. Stir and serve. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and or salsa on top.
