Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
3 cups of veggie of your choice
1 small onion
Mashed potatoes
Cheese of your choice
Directions:
Cook ground beef with the onions.
In a 8x8 pan place the uncooked veggies. Then on top of the veggies but the cooked ground beef, then mashed potatoes on top. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 till cheese is melted and hot throughout. Enjoy!!
