Mom's Lemon Cream Pie



Easy Pie crust:
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 3/4 cup Crisco Shortening
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 egg
1/2 cup water




Lemon Cream Filling:

1 cup sugar
3 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 egg yolks slightly beaten
1 cup whole milk
¼ cup frozen butter
1 cup sour cream


Whipped Cream and White Chocolate Topping:
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Shaved White Chocolate Curls
