2 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni
2 1/2 TBS flour
Salt and pepper to taste
4 TBS margarine
3 cups shredded cheddar, mozzarella, or colby cheese (or a combination)
1 cup milk
Cook pasta until tender, drain. Mix flour, salt and pepper together; set aside. Spray oven safe dish with cooking spray. Place half of the cooked macaroni in the dish. Sprinkle half of the flour mixture over top and top with half of the margarine, cut into pieces. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cheese over top. Repeat. Pour milk over all. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes. Remove foil, bake an additional ten minutes or till top is golden and bubbly.
