Delicious Creme of Coconut Cake


Ingredients:   (Servings 12)

1 package(s) white cake mix 
1/4 cup vegetable oil 
1 1/2 cups water 
2 eggs 
2 cups coconut ( flaked ) 
1 Can (8 oz) cream of coconut ( well mixed ) 
8 ounces cool whip 


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, oil, water and eggs and beat for two minutes with an electric hand mixer. Add 1 cup coconut flakes and mix well. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and while cake is warm, poke holes in the cake with a large tined fork. Pour cream of coconut over the cake and cool. Spread Cool whip over the cake and then sprinkle with 1 cup coconut flakes.
